1. Login to your electrical utility online account

2. Find the usage history section

3. Look for a usage history download option 

4. Select the csv file format for the usage history download (12 months minimum)

5. Email us your downloaded csv usage history as an attachment with your complete contact information

If your electrical provider doesn't offer an online account or a download for your usage history you will need to call them and request that they send your 12 months of your detailed electrical usage is a csv file format.
